Standard Shipping

Standard orders are once payment has been received. Orders shipped via standard delivery (USPS Priority Mail) typically arrive in four (4) to seven (7) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the United States, US Territories and P.O. boxes in Alaska and Hawaii. Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for shipments to A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.

Order Confirmation

You'll receive two emails after you place your order and provide us with a valid email address:
1. The first confirms that your order was received (your order confirmation number will link to the Order Status page); this email will arrive within about 24 hours.
2. The second confirms that your order was shipped from our warehouse.

Order Tracking

You can check the status of your CLOAK Apparel, Inc. orders by clicking on "My Account " button at the top right of our web site. Log into your account by using your email address and password.
If you have an order outstanding, you will see its details.
If you have more than one order outstanding, you will go to your Order History page, where you'll see orders from the past six months. From there, you can click on a specific order to see its details. On the Order Details page, you'll see the items in the order, the shipping address, shipping method, payment details and any return or exchange information. Occasionally, we may send an order in multiple packages. In such cases, we'll provide tracking information for all packages, as well as details on which items you can expect in which package.

Change in Your Order Status

Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we don't have an item that you have ordered in stock, we'll notify you by email immediately. Sometimes, an item is out of stock and not expected to come back in stock, so we must cancel the item. In this case, if you paid with a credit card, we will not charge you for the item or any taxes, shipping or handling charges. We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective.

Easy Exchanges

Exchanges can only be made for items of equal or lesser value. Merchandise must be returned with 15-days of original sale date, in original shipment condition (undamaged and unworn) with the original invoice to the address below. Request and exchange and order your new merchandise at the same time by calling 305-454-9391 Monday - Friday 5pm - 9pm, Eastern Time. Ship merchandise to the address below.

Upon receipt of merchandise, in-stock items will be shipped within approximately 48 hours (excluding Saturday and Sunday), at no charge, for standard UPS ground shipping and handling. If there is a credit on your account, you will be issued a store credit to be used at your discretion.

Return Policy

Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned by mail within 30 days of original purchase date. Sorry, there are no returns or exchanges on final sale merchandise. If you used a promotion code to make your purchase, we'll gladly exchange the item for the same style in a different size or color. If you'd like to exchange your purchase for something else, we'll apply your credit towards the new item at their current price. A previously used promotion code cannot be applied to the sale of a different item. We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective.

Changes and Cancellations

If you'd like to cancel or change your order, please call 305-454-9391 as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. But please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. Please note: If you cancel an item that qualified you for a promotion or special deal, you may no longer receive that discount or promotion.

The Site and its Content is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. You may download or copy the Contents and other downloadable materials displayed on the Site for your personal use only. Prices displayed on the Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars. Certain products are available exclusively online through the Site. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only through the Site according to the applicable return policy. In addition, products displayed on Piperlime.com are available exclusively online.

Occasionally there may be information on our Sites that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold CLOAK Apparel Inc. harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Sites and/or your breach of any representation, warranty, or other provision of the Agreement.

Mindful of the high cost of litigation, not only in dollars but also in time and energy, both you and CLOAK Apparel Inc. agree to the following dispute resolution procedure: In the event of any controversy, claim, action or dispute arising out of or related to any transaction conducted on the Sites, or the breach, enforcement, interpretation, or validity of this Agreement or any part of it ("Dispute"), the party asserting the Dispute shall first try in good faith to settle such Dispute by providing written notice to the other party (by first class or registered mail) describing the facts and circumstances (including any relevant documentation) of the Dispute and allowing the receiving party 30 days in which to respond to or settle the Dispute. Notice shall be sent (1) to CLOAK Apparel Inc. at: IPean Law, P.L., 1031 Ives Dairy Road, Ste. 228, Miami, Florida, Attn: Irvin Pean, Esq.or (2) to you at: your last-used billing address or the billing and/or shipping address in your online profile. Both you and CLOAK Apparel Inc. agree that this dispute resolution procedure is a condition precedent, which must be satisfied prior to initiating any litigation or filing any claim against the other party.

This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the state and/or federal courts of the State of Florida, County of Miami-Dade. The waiver of any provision of the Agreement shall not be considered a waiver of any other provision or of CLOAK Apparel Inc. 's right to require strict observance of each of the terms herein. If any provision of the Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid for any reason, that provision shall be severable, and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between us relating to your use of the Sites.

These terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or CLOAK Apparel Inc. You may terminate this Agreement at any time. CLOAK Apparel Inc. also may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice, and accordingly may deny you access to the Sites, if in our sole judgment you fail to comply with any term or provision of the Agreement. The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this Agreement for all purposes.
