CLOAK LOVES HAITI EVENT

CLOAK presents a fashion, music, and art fundraising event to benefit those affected by the devastation in Haiti. Join us as we launch the new Spring collection inspired by the spirit of Haiti, listen to the cool jazz grooves of Jowee Omicil (along with surprise guests), the powerful words of Mecca and the live sounds of DJ Zack Munoz of Element.Miami ElementDjs.com. Terrance Wilson of CLOAK will be performing a live painting during the event. CLOAK Eco-Trendy Collection Launch Event

The event will feature a runway show, designer boutiques for buyers & patrons to view and purchase products, complimentary hors d'oeuvres will be served courtesy of STK Restaurant, and a signature cocktail inspired by CLOAK and created by the Gansevoort South Hotel mixologist. This event is sponsored by The One Group, in association with STK Restaurant and Roberto Cavalli, as part of their Fashion Wednesdays event series. Event management by Ol Models and hair by David D. Jaded of Qiu Salon.

CLOAK will be donating 10% of all sales from the new Eco-Trendy line to benefit Haitian relief through FONKOZE (http://www.fonkoze.org/), Haiti 's largest bank for the organized poor.

A cocktail to learn how Fonkoze accompanies Haiti's Poor as they climb the ladder out of extreme poverty and create a democratic economy in Haiti. In 1994, Fonkoze ( Fondasyon Kole Zepòl ) was officially recognized as a foundation under Haitian law. Today, Fonkoze is the largest micro-finance institution offering a full range of financial services to the rural-based poor in Haiti, committed to the economic and social improvement of the people of Haiti and to the reduction of poverty in the country. 

Fonkoze is Haiti's alternative bank for the organized poor. CLOAK will be donating 20% of the proceeds from sales at this event to FONKOZE (http://www.fonkoze.org/.)
